Anyone using a front mount?

Anyone using a front mount intercooler on there time attack/NASA race car.

If so do you have issues with water temps and if not what does your setup look like and are you just using ducting to feed the radiator instead of just direct airflow to it.

I used to run a semi-front mount, with a separate intake cut into the bumper which was ducted to the intercooler. The rad sat behind it and was ducted from the main opening in the front of the car and sealed off so air couldn't spill away from it, it was instead, forced through. Water temps were never an issue.

Cool i was looking to duct the air to the rad as well.

I'm running Greddy V-spec FMIC, CSF Racing Radiator (radiatorworld.com), two 32 Row Oil coolers, 60-1 Single running 14psi. The highest temperature I have seen at the track is 87°C, this is in 110°F summer heat.

Ducting is key if you are running a FMIC, I'm also running a 99spec style bumper with bigger opening which helps.
