anybody have a datalog of a good lap at thunderhill? I'm trying to see what the entry/exit speeds at each turn is. i know it won't be exact, but I figure if you have some type of datalogging unit you probably can figure out your speeds at the corners.
thanks

Tell him that I refer you, and you will get $25 off.
So you don't have to pay the membership fee.
I gotta pay $215 2 weeks ago.
Good to see other FD there. What time you are leaving? May be we can caravan....

1=85-100 (braking from 125)
2=70-85
3=65-75
4=~60
5=55
6=70-80
7=90-100
8=80
9=~70
10=65(braking from 100+)
11=50-60
12=60 (braking from 110+)
13= 50+

This is in my 3700lb Supra two weeks ago, best times were 2:11 and change. I'll be looking for 2:08s next time. This was my first time at the Hill in the Supra, and my second time at the track. Carl Byck
Times are what I saw on the speedo, thus the range, I was not watching on my faster laps

I jus went and looked at the data log link, I guess my seat of the pants is pretty close, i am faster through 10, but I pay for it in 11. Overall the red s2000 is a little faster(this time)

this was what i was able to piece together from the s2000. it's not entry/exit speed, it's just the peak speed he achived before he started braking ---> the lowest speed before he started accelerating. i assume all braking is done before the turn.

Wow....you guys go that fast huh? I should come out more often.

I cannot read(understand) the graph from the S2000 website. I don't know which one is turns and which one is straights...

the straights you'll see the speed increase. you'll see 4 hard acceleration lines from 6 to 8, 9 to 10, 11 - 14 (back straight) and 15 -1 (front). the plot itself starts with him entering turn 1 at ~ 118 mph.
