Advice on jetting

Can anyone give me a starting point for rejetting an 85 carb for IT7? I'll be running an RB intake, and an unknown header exhaust.

I called Mazdatrix regarding the jets, and the guy said their starting point when tuning is 120 for the main, and 145 for the secondary - which doesn't sound right at all from what I've read here.

Also, I'm assuming improvements can be made just by changing fuel jets, but not air jets. Is this true?

Thanks.

i have a 79 carb on my car, I'll have to rip the carb apart to see what jets im using, but i need to write it all down anyway. i really dont know if they will work on an 85 or not, but it should be close. Im going to the dyno this weekend so i'll have them by then anyway.

At the track i usually fine tune with the air bleeds, as its soo much easier then changing jets.
