86 FC RX7 ITS/RS value???!
A moth balled speed source car would be barely under 10 these days.
Chuck Baader in Birmingham has the white with Purple stripes speed source ITS car, its a fast car as he is a serious racer (and spends some serious $$$ on his cars)
Found the photo album:

If your buying a rx7 race car and speed source or Steve Eckerich hasn't touched it, then odds are its not that competitive.

It is an older build , but has quality parts like that.
Gusseted cage, bill stein coil overs, heim joint suspension, lithium battery, 100% Mazda speed exhaust (looks new) engine back stainless, zero vacuum lines. Either a 5.12 rear end or a lightweight flywheel.... it revs really quick.
My current 12a with a full bridge and Weber isn't even close on the rev speed.
