Stevie1020 The Saga Continues!!!

Ok I really hate to start a whole new thread to warn others about a person who is taking peoples money and not shipping the products as promised. These issues were covered in a “different thread” but I was told via PM by the threads author that I was hijacking his thread.

i promply sent chiquirx7 the following response:

if you still prefer. i will start a new thread. but don't complain when YOUR thread is not getting any new traffic and you don't get your refund....

the choice is yours.....do the right thing
I thought I was making a good argument that it would be in the best interests of those involved to come together and maybe, as a group, we might be able to recoup our loses. I also did not want the other people who frequent this forum to have to look in multiple threads to find out who is trustworthy and who is not. I then received the following PM from chiquirx7:

So first off a few apologies might be in order for those who are reading this. I know that most of this stuff was already covered in the "other thread" but like the author of the "other thread" I too sent money via paypal to stevie1020 for something he was selling and figured I had the same right to post the facts regarding my situation. I sent the money ($25) back on April 1st (I guess I was the fool) for an oil pan for a GSL-SE, as of today I have not received the oil pan nor has stevie1020 responded to my multiple emails in regards to when the oil pan was shipped. The following is a copy of the email sent to me by Paypal confirming the payment to stevie1020:

I hope that I am able to get the same support in this thread that I got in the "other thread", and more importantly I hope that the situation between all involved is settled in a fair and equitable manner regardless of whose thread the information is posted in. Thanks to all who have taken the time to read this far.

If such is the case, then a million apologies to whomever they are due, including chiquirx7

I truly hope that chiquirx7 and I are able to get our money back. that, in my opinion is the real issue.

I'm in agreement with rototiller. I've read a lot of good guy/bad guy threads where others jump in with the good/bad experiences they've had with sellers/buyers. I didn't read the details of in the other thread of what happened but I think its a good idea for anyone thats been ripped off by someone to post everything together and warn others. Maybe rototiller did thread hijack but the reply was rather harsh.

Then again, I guess I'm "old" since I think its rather stupid and childish to use "IM" speak or intentional misspellings in a serious-type thread. But by the sounds of some replies, people can barely speak (type) English (my apologies to others where English is not their first language - English is not my first language either) but to use words like "sale" instead of "sell" makes me think I'm reading a reply from a five year old.

No insult is directed at anyone specific. Your results may vary..........

It was not thread jacking when he posted in the other thread. I do feel it is appropriate if someone starts a thread on someone and another has had a similar experience with that person that they chime in. That just supports the thread starter.

Thread jacking in this part of the forum would be posting a complete different experience about someone different than the thread starters person.

I'm confused about this problem with stevie1020. I have sold him some very high end items and he was very thorough, professional and prompt with his payments. I just hope it works out for all involved.

makes you wonder why he would choose to tarnish his reputation on this forum over a $25 oil pan.

Are you... ok?

I don't really even know what you're trying to say here...

I think it was "How can you ask for support when it seemed you were threadjacking chiquirx7. He is correct, and you owe him an apology."

Ok, now that I have deciphered it, still wrong. He didn't threadjack anyone.

Thank you. It's ridiculous to call that threadjacking. That's like saying "your problem with this seller isn't as important for people to know about, as my problem with this seller". Stupid logic.
