There's obviously a lack of communication here. In the thread title, it clearly states that it is for a "deltro" (I'm assuming that Steve meant "Dellorto", but he sucks at spelling). However, in the PM, it is agreed that it is a Holley intake. I can promise you all that this is not the first time Stephen has called something by the wrong name. I assure that Stephen isn't trying to scam anyone, he has sold quite a bit of **** on this forum already. What I can't explain is the hold up. I understand that you were sick and are transferring to a new job, but c'mon, man....

Stephen, I suggest you just give this guy his $100 back ASAP. Even if the bag may be damaged, you'll still be able to sell it without a problem. First Gen people are always looking for a good price.

Please don't all jump to conclusions, everyone. There is an explaination.

i sent stevie1020 $25 via paypal for an oilpan for a GSL-SE at the begining of this month (april 1st). i have not received the oil pan nor any replies to the emails that i have sent him. i hope that there is an honest answer for our situation...

I saw Stephen today, and he told me that he shipped out the GameCube for nfmsuprar1. He said that he had the tracking numbers and will be getting them to you.

chiquirx7: Stephen said that he did the PayPal last night, but when he checked earlier today, it didn't go through; so, he'll have to do it again. He mentioned something about shipping being $26, but I don't know where he was going with that.

As far as the rototiller goes, I've never heard anything about this prior. I'm on the phone with Stephen right now, and he's saying that the last time he checked PayPal, your money had not come in yet. He said he will check it out when he gets home tonight.

Guys, Stephen is a very busy guy. Going to school, starting a new job, and being sick is probably not the best time for someone to try to sell items on an internet forum, as such things are easily forgotten. I promise you all that I will try to remind Stephen as often as possible to get all of this straightened out. He truly isn't out to get anybody, he just needs some help keeping everything fresh on his mind.

There are no excuses, only reasons...it is clear that this guy has no business selling anything to people unless it's a garage sale at his domicile. You aren't supposed to rely on "memory" when doing long distance financial transactions and there is nothing hard in reading your ledger or cliff notes to see what needs to be done TODAY in your business world when dealing with others.

The fact that stevie1020 posts all of his "facts" regarding this transaction to be promptly OWNED by chiquirx7 with the truth is extremely damning.

Thanks for the heads-up on this cursing foh. Hopefully, his typing skilz will be up to par tonight and you'll get your full $100 back since the "overnight" shipping was a lie, also...

ok well wow i dont log on for a week or so and holy ****. well the gamecube and some extras should have made it there as well as the coils. im an *** and didnt realize i gave the guy with the oil pan the wrong paypal. i noticed it and have asked him if he would rather me ship it with extras or give him his money back. i have refuned you 85 dollars i took out the shipping if you wanna talk that over pm and we can talk. im not trying to scam anyone as if you as the guy with the gamecube he should have what i sold him plus a extra game controller and memory card. i lost out on that but hey i screwed up, ill get over it. im usually really good about the stuff but between not being home 14 hours and day and only having off sundays its kinda hard to not fall asleep when i have the chance. shawn did call and keep reminding so i thank him for that and sorry to all. ohhh and i a guy who i sold a rear iron to reads this please pm that damn thing had gotten broken and lost by ups so ive been trying to find the pm's we had but no luck

oh and as to this. i overnighted it. it was about 26 something blah blah, i had no prombelm with this since i would have lost money on the item but he said he needed it. i like to over night it becuase people who buy from usually need their parts fast so i do, yes i lose money, but i know how needing a part is. i dont have my reciept but i have no promblem going get one. no it wont be a fake ill just act like i am going to ship it but not actually ship it.

I talked to chiquirx7 earlier today and he told me that he recieved the money through paypal however he was charged for the transaction because Steve put it in as a payment and not a refund. Chiquirx7 only ended up with $82.00. That just aint right.

I told him just give me my money and we'll be fine.

I was extremely patient with him because Im just accumulating parts and I dont need the iron asap, but damn its been like 2 or 3 months!!!

Man the admins should take care of people like this, especially because its so obvious this guy is scamming people.
