now i showed my proof that you have been paid for more than one uim .now i think that you need to show your proof that you sent me all these parts you say you did however you did send some but not as many as your claiming.like i said before i have been buying my stock parts from a highly respectable forum member on this board do not want to bring him into this but i am sure he will vouch for it

 

what did you see for sale ? by the way james i am also in the rx7 buisness so when i sell stuff it does not mean that it comes from you i have plenty of parts i did not need your parts to make money you wanted to send them so i can polish them up and sell them . and as for your damaged parts i will ship them but you will pay for shipping. you are not the only one out of money on this deal.

I had to file a claim with paypal
I still have not received an intermediate housing that I paid for over 15days ago
He has sent no proof of shipment and gives me the runaround in our communications.
I was hoping that he was not a scammer but I was wrong.
I just hope this thread will keep other members from buying from him.
I'll make sure and track him and the things he is selling and I'm going to report him to the admins.

 

The admin. already knows who he is so I don't think it's going to help reporting him in. He use to rely on me and another member for parts he sold that he doesn't have. He did the turn around thing to my friend for over 4 month so 15 day is not too bad. As on a campaign to help members be aware of his scamming. GL on your stuff and let us know how it goes?

This doesn't have anything to do with his shady ways but I am confused on an issue. The forum rules for the classified section is you cannot be a "vendor". It then goes on to say that a vendor is classified as one who is selling two or more of the same item. Now if said person was selling several at a time uims, throttle bodies, alt covers, etc would that not classify his as a vendor? Not to mention he has made reference in the past when people complain about parts not showing up that his "employee" didn't mail it out on time, or Some other "employee" dropped the ball who was supposed to be handling things during said persons vacaton. This also leads me to believe that this isn't some person working out of their home trying to move some spare parts that have accumulated in the garage but someone who is running some type of business with it. Now since almost all his ads say no core needed he is not offering a service (such as send me your part I will polish it) but is offering a product instead and in greater quantities than two of the same thing which according to the way I read the rules classifies him as a vendor. How about making him pay some dues to the forum for them allowing him to do his "business" here. Maybe if hes having to pay out a bit to be able to sell on this forum his business pratices may straighten up a bit. Of course I am one of the ones that feel he should have never been allowed to sell on this forum again after his past episodes and the name changing and the denying the change until overwhelming proof finally made him fess up.
I may be reading the forum rules wrong on the classified section but to me it seems he would fall into that vendor catagory vs a casual seller.

I'm still waiting for a polished TB and alternator covers....bought almost 2 months ago. It took almost a month for him to get me a tracking number and now its "lost" in the mail. Haven't heard from him since 05/29.

 

Now you see why i kept telling everyone to be careful when buying parts through this guy. He's full of lies and excuses. He needs to be removed from this forum. He doesnt deserve to be here. After 6 months....go read up on how much bullshit this guy has pulled. Amazing he's still allowed to sell parts after his first stint of being a crook.

 

UPDATE: I received my items I bought from slo.....almost 2 months after paying for them.

My prices might have been a bit higher than his, but:

(a) You'll get the product you ordered

(b) It will be professionally polished

and

(c) You won't have to wait months

For those people that wanted to save a buck, I hope it was worth it........
