That's the story he wrote, and you didn't contest it. All you wrote is "You want me to tell everybody what really happen?" If you have a story to tell, then tell it, don't just sit here keeping everyone wondering why he is a "bad seller".

here is the deal , he is upset because he sent some parts to me a while back that were damaged through ups when they arrived i called him immediatly while the ups guy was here. to let him know i even took pics and sent them to him. at the time he told me to just throw them away, it was no use to spend money to ship them back if they were no good. i told him to make a claim with ups that way he would not lose his money,so he made the claim ups came out one day to look at the parts and the box . and did not take anything well through time the box got thrown away. i even spoke with the women that was handleing the claim and called james and gave him all the information ,claim number her name well time went on never heard anything. everything cool then out of the blue he says that ups will not give him is money because i would not give them the parts. that is not true they didnt come back out to pick the parts up. i explained that to him,but he is convienced that it is my fault. i even asked him for the number and name of the ups guy he was dealing with to talk to him he would not give me that information.i tried to help him. ups did not come back to get this stuff i have had it boxed and waiting for the longest.so now he is wanting me to ship it back to him ok cool i will do that no problem.
part two - james sent alot of parts for me to polish and sell and we would go half. well ok the parts that i did polish that he sent and sold he got paid and i have paypal reciepts to show he was paid. well alot of the parts he sent have not gotten polished yet. and they are still here he is now wanting them back ok cool no problem . ill send them !! i think that mabey he is thinking that i have been polishing his stuff and selling them and not paying him. well thats not true .im sure that there a few people that can vouch that i have been buying parts. there is someone that i buy from all the time and in qaunities. so his parts are here and they will be shipped this week like i explained to him through pm i have also told him i can send him pics of his stuff to put him at ease that his stuff is here. i guess he is going through alot and stressed i dont know. i have tried talking with him he says he just wants his stuff and hell never contact me again that it is my fault he lost money through ups.i have been nothing but honest with him. but his stuff is being shipped back to him this week. and by the way i do owe him for one uim that i polished and sold he will have that today through paypal, there are also a couple of parts that i polished of his that have not sold . they will also be in his shipment.however i did have to pay my guy for the labor but no worry. i just want this to be over.it has been nothing but stress.

You forgot to mention that UPS made 4 attempt to inspect the damage parts and 4 times was denied by you. Why?They closed my claim after the 4 times trying to see the parts and you denied it.

Come on sneaky Rico, why don't you back up your talking and get Dustin's stuff done like you promise him over 3 month ago? Since you're being the same old Rico I'm just going to let it out.
Here's the truth what I have gone through with this POS:
1.I bought an FD that comes with a pfs purple box but never got it. I let it go!
2. I bought a pair of tan seat from him that was suppose to be in good condition, once I get it it one was torn worst than mine and another was really worn and dirty. Again I let it go.
3. Bought the primary and secondary that he posted was suppose to be 850 primary milled and 1300cc secondary. It turns out to be stock 550primary and 850 secondary.He blame it was his brother screwing me not him. Ok I let it slide again.
4.He sold a pair of rotor to a member and for some reason he call me asking for a big favor, he accidently drop one rotor and dented it. This is when he change his name to Slonsho and was heading to a cleaner path. I sent a good condtion rotor to his buyer. I didn't get a penny for the favor and lost a rotor. In return I ask him to buy some brake lines from Fritz. This is what he meant when I used him.
5. He needed 2 good housing,e shaft, and 2 good rotor and didn't have the money so we made a deal for him to paid when the parts arrived. The parts turn out being damage claimed Rico. This is the first time anything got damage with UPS. I bought $300 insurance, since than ups want to inspect the damage parts and was turned down by Rico for some reason. He told me that he sold the 1 of the housing and a e shaft, I thought he would sent me the money since I lost everything I ship him that was not paid. He claimed that he sent me the money but I didn't see ****. For 6 month ups tried to see the parts and Rico never let's them so they closed on claim. I lost the $300 on the insurance and along with 2 housing,e shaft,2 rotor for that would value over $800. This is why I call him sneaky cause he told me different story about UPS and it turns out he's the one that screw me.
6. before the UPS issue he told me that polishing manifold is selling like hot cakes and convince me to sent him all my stuff so he could help me recoup some of my lost money. Dumb I fall for the trick and only get $75 for the UIM,LIM, and TB that I can sell for $150 just the way it is. He later told me that he sell it caheap so he could built his reputation and hurt Goodfellas. Goodfellas before gave him alot of trouble so he want to get him back on my expense. So whoever bought the complete polish intake system from Rico before for $150, that was my manifold that made it possible.
7. I draw the line and cut my looses, so I ask for all my stuff back. He told me it all boxed up ready for shipping and it's been 1 month ago. I got one box today that is not open yet.
This is the biggest mistake by trusting a scammer and give him a 2nd chance. This guy always make up drama about his pos life so you can forgive him but he's just trying to scam you. I don't want to destroy his reputation but he leave me no choice. I been patience enough along loosing alot of $$$ trying to help him. There's more but I think this is enough. Good luck to whoever deal with him. I'm done so think what you want.

Well....i guess things never change. A for a minute there....i was actually starting to believe that Rico was turning over a new leaf. Guess not
It amazes me that you stuck your neck out for him so much before when he changed his name. Helping him rebuild his reputation...why? That just doesnt seem too smart...considering you knew he was being dishonest in the beginning.

I wondered how Rico was able to blow out his stuff at such cheap prices---I figured it was good for the community, so it didn't bother me that much. Ihor and I are also up to our ears in engine jobs, so I don't have much time to deal with the ceramic coating/polishing parts stuff. No skin off my back
P.S. It looks like my friend Chris was right----Rico screwed him out of a greddy elbow a while back, and I told Chris that it looks like Rico seemed to be turning into a decent human being/legitimate seller. Chris basically said 'once a scumbag, always a scumbag.'

james i havent posted because i am trying to be proffesional about this and it seems like as long as you have been on this forum that you would tell the truth instead of lies now the deal with the puple box ,tan seats,primary injectors ext that was a long time ago and i offered to pay you and you said no. dont worry about it ,so i tried to take care of that. and you bringing up dustin you forgot to mention that i am not charging him to polish these parts i am doing it as a favor for him and me and him talk all the time so that has nothing to do with you. your just trying to use someone elese to make it look like there is a problem when there is not everything is cool with dustin and i. not very good buisness ethics james!!!!!!! so lets talk about being sneaky........... now the rotor you claim not to get paid for that you sent to a member for me thats true ,but you called it even when i bought the brake lines for you from fritz because you didnt want to buy from him [sneaky boy] because you said he ripped you off for a grand from the beggining i never believed you about him ripping anyone off so when i meant you were using me no that didnt have anything to do with it stop twisting your words to make others believe what you want infact it was the words you choose to say is what made me believe that you used me here are the words again [I know about him too. The situation between you two is beyond complex for me to even try to decipher the truth out of. Clearly some type of compromise needs to be privately reached between you two.
What I am curious about, however, is what Rico has done to make up the Greddy elbow that he owes Chris. Rico, if you would be so kind as to elaborate on what you have done to correct this issue with Chris....
It is convenient to say "ohh well that was a long time ago, I was a different person back then...yada yada.., but unfortunately time does not automatically make up for your wrong doings. If you want to prove that you are an ethical seller you need to address ALL of your past dealings, not just those who happened to be between you and your friend (at the time) James.

Come on sneaky Rico, why don't you back up your talking and get Dustin's stuff done like you promise him over 3 month ago? Since you're being the same old Rico I'm just going to let it out.
Here's the truth what I have gone through with this POS:
1.I bought an FD that comes with a pfs purple box but never got it. I let it go!
2. I bought a pair of tan seat from him that was suppose to be in good condition, once I get it it one was torn worst than mine and another was really worn and dirty. Again I let it go.
3. Bought the primary and secondary that he posted was suppose to be 850 primary milled and 1300cc secondary. It turns out to be stock 550primary and 850 secondary.He blame it was his brother screwing me not him. Ok I let it slide again.
4.He sold a pair of rotor to a member and for some reason he call me asking for a big favor, he accidently drop one rotor and dented it. This is when he change his name to Slonsho and was heading to a cleaner path. I sent a good condtion rotor to his buyer. I didn't get a penny for the favor and lost a rotor. In return I ask him to buy some brake lines from Fritz. This is what he meant when I used him.
5. He needed 2 good housing,e shaft, and 2 good rotor and didn't have the money so we made a deal for him to paid when the parts arrived. The parts turn out being damage claimed Rico. He later told me that he sell it caheap so he could built his reputation and hurt Goodfellas. Goodfellas before gave him alot of trouble so he want to get him back on my expense. So whoever bought the complete polish intake system from Rico before for $150, that was my manifold that made it possible.
7. I draw the line and cut my looses, so I ask for all my stuff back. He told me it all boxed up ready for shipping and it's been 1 month ago. I got one box today that is not open yet.
This is the biggest mistake by trusting a scammer and give him a 2nd chance. This guy always make up drama about his pos life so you can forgive him but he's just trying to scam you. I don't want to destroy his reputation but he leave me no choice. I been patience enough along loosing alot of $$$ trying to help him. There's more but I think this is enough. Good luck to whoever deal with him. I'm done so think what you want.

80.00 rear turbo pipe,water housing,thermo housing sold for 160 half like he wanted
90.00 tb,housing that sold for 180.00 half like he wanted

i can prove this through paypal , his other parts have been sent back like he sent them to me whitch i paid for shipping on both boxes

The situation between you two is beyond complex for me to even try to decipher the truth out of. Clearly some type of compromise needs to be privately reached between you two.
What I am curious about, however, is what Rico has done to make up the Greddy elbow that he owes Chris. Rico, if you would be so kind as to elaborate on what you have done to correct this issue with Chris....

chris has been paid awhile back .i dont think i will have to post proof. i think that chris can vouch that he got paid! it did take awhile for him to get his money back but it was paid .

You here bitching about shipping my stuff back when I paid over $300 shipping **** to you on my own expense.So I'm up $160 after all that? **** I can get that much for a set of manifold you ******* scammer. Lucky I didn't send you my datalogit and wideband that I still have with me.
no one scammed you james , i did not want your wide band i bought one from fritz i even told you that i did not want it. and i am also out alot of money in shipping im sure that there are alot of people that pay shipping . its buisness

and you said in earlier post that you only recieved one box but there is tracking for 2 that i provided i can sell my stuff at any price that i want james if i want to sell stuff cheap then that is my buisness. if you want to sell your manifolds for 150 not polished then that is your buisness. and by the way james i offered to pay you what you wanted for those parts i sent back , but you said no you wanted half of what i sold them for and you knew what i was selling them for you even posted in the post so why not say somthing then about what they were being sold for and all of my post are not your parts . like i said i have been buying stock parts. from alot of forum members, so you need to stop making it look like all my sells are your parts not true james

so do you tell all your buisness partners very personal detailed information about your family even now i will give you the respect not to exploid that personal information.i do not think that buisness partners would talk on the phone for hours talking about family problems. im sure you dont want me to go into detail and im sure you wouldnt admit it even if i said it.being that you are not admitting alot of things.... but now i know what kind of person you really are so you need to stop making people think you got screwed you got paid for the parts and the rest was shipped back to you the situation with ups is not my fault . i see that you did not deny about the lies you told ,but only made up somthing elese to take its place.
