I ordered some T2 brakes from him. Took at little longer than expected but fuggin hell, you ordered from him during the holiday season! On top of that, you were purchasing a motor. You can't just throw that in a box and drive to the post office and go "I want this shipped here, heres the money for shipping, thanks". Especially not with a longblock with tranny. You have to set up everything with the company thats going to be trucking it across the U.S., arrange a pickup date, set up the terminal its going to be going to, get the ok on that terminal with the customer.

You don't give him enough credit for what he does. Your not the only person that deals with him. If I were in your situation and the seller was having issues with the shipping, I would have just asked him to track down another solid shipping company to get it to you as soon as possible.

Japan2LA is one of the ***ONLY*** rotary engine dealers in the WORLD where you can order a motor and know its going to arrive and not have broken internals. If you ordered a motor from someone else, I can almost guarantee the insides are rusted or its going to blow smoke.

Wow, pretty sad this guy is mad at the shipping company and needs to degrade another member.

The fact that this is getting so much attention is humerous, seems keeping this alive is more for fun rather than smashing this as it should be.

One thing to consider is patients. Sometimes these things just take time. Albeit, he does run a business, keep in mind we all have lives and other obligations/priorities. Customers should be priority one when it comes to business, however we're all human and fall short from time to time. I think I would have more sympathy for you if you didn't get your money back.

As far as Japan2LA; I know it's frustrating at times dealing with people. I would opt to keep a cool and professional response to any feedback in the future, no matter how the customer treats you. Your cordial responses and your ability to remain professional goes a long way; even if the blame is on you.

I would take pictures to show what I purchased, but since the items looked exactly as he had pictured in his for sale thread... I don't bother taking new ones.

Japan2LA ships fast, and takes care of "issues" in a professional way. If the shipping broker let him down... how is that his fault?

He gave you a full refund due to circumstances outside of his control.

If I were you, I would be grateful. He COULD have said you agreed to a purchase and now that fees have been incurred, you will ahve to take up any dispute with the shipping company.

But he didnt. he gave you your money back.

He has done nothing but good to me so far and I will be purchasing more from him in the future.
