seriously... how has this thread been allowed to continue?

 

i still havent received my money back for the housing...i'm not sending the rotor back and getting beat on that to

 

Well, I have waited 3 weeks for him to send me the rotor back and it never arrived. Its obviously clear that Bstorm has decided not to send the rotor back for a refund.

I sent him the correct rotor the first time and maybe he has finally realized that and does not want to admit it to us. I found a thread he started right after he took delivery of the rotor, here it is:

In the above thread he says he thinks he recieved an S4 rotor... Well I know I did not send him an S4 rotor... He is clearly a NEWBIE, and recently purchased an FD, (I think...., read that in a few of his post too) and has no idea what he is talking about..

He was NEVER able to support his claim about me send the the wrong weight code rotor, nor was he able to even post a picture of it so that everyone here could help him prove or disprove his claim... Regardless of all of this I still agreed to a full refund, if he would simply send the rotor back.....

Fast forward to today 10-27-2007 the rotor has not been shipped back to me, even after he pmed me many times saying he was going to send it back..


So today, I have mailed him a $250.00 refund for the FD rotor housing only..

I am done playing with this guy....

To all who might ever consider doing business with him, you better think twice...

 

I know he's on my banned buyer's list, that's for damn sure. Ah well, you did what you could for him.

 

why would i send it bake and get dicked its been 2 months and i have no housind and no refund

 

Did you not read his post he said he shipped it today of course you don't have a refund yet.

 

He probably won't send it back because he's afraid it'll get lost in the mail, given the spelling of his posts here...
