Why are you guys jumping on the buyer... He paid for a specific part and should get it. I don't care if you think it's ok.. You didn't spend your money on it did you? If he doesn't want the acceptable part from another series he should get a "FULL" refund.. I hate when other people that don't have anything to do with a deal come in and say " just take this different part" stay out of their deal..

1) 89-95 9.0:1 rotors are THE SAME THING and can be mixed and matched with no issues. IF you asked for a 93-95 and were sent an 89-91, you got the correct part. This is like ordering apex seals for a 93 engine and being mad because the part number on them also fits 86-91.

2) Rotorhousings from 89-95 can be swapped around without issues as well. There may be small casting differences depending on exact models involved but it is nothing to get bent out of shape about.

Just use the freaking parts and stop bitching. You won't find any in better condition.

How about you weigh your other rotor (I assume a C) and weigh the one you were sent and post the results? I bet they are within .1lb which is within tolerance to use together.

The letters are not absolute.

I have on my shelf currently D's that weigh more than C's, even though A is usually the heaviest and E the lightest.

THIs is another reason I want the rotor back. I am 99.99% sure I pulled a C code rotor off the shelf and sent it to you. You claim its an E code which makes absolutely no sense to me.. and you cant seem to post pics off any of your claims to back them up. I can and will post pics once you send the rotor back, and I will put the rotor on a scale and get the weight. That rotor was pulled from a match set and I have already checked the other rotor and it is a C Code...

And if you recall, I did not forward any of the tracking numbers to you. I ship 50 to 100 shipments per month. I have accounts with FEDEX, UPS, DHL, USPS and about 30 different LTL freight companies... I have tracking # coming out of my ears.....

All I am saying is he is claiming he got a "E" instead of the "C" he paid for.. Was you there when it was packed or delivered.. I didn't think so.. Stop trying to favor your buddy...

I dont understand why you are still talking crazy and posting in this thread? I have agreed to refund your money once I have the parts back in my hands but I will tell you to go pound sand if you keep the B.S. up. Telling members here to STFU, not to mention highly respected members like Kevin to STFU, is only going to get me and others pissed off, so cut the crap already. Enough is enough!

You should quit with the B.S. too.

BStorm never even posted pics to prove his claim. I am 99.99% sure I sent a C code rotor, and until he either post pics to support his claim, you should stay off his bandwagon. If and when he returns it as he is supposed to do I will GLADLY post pics either way. No one is perfect and I make mistakes every so often..

Why dont you just kick back until the jury is in...

Just because you have 10k posts does that make you a better person.. It only means you live on this place.. That's all that means.. Yopu come in here and talk about the seller and you don't even have any proof.. I guess that's how you got your post count...

This thread is cracking me up, mainly from the ignorance of a few.

I gave Brian 600 bones once before for parts, and if I ever needed to, I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

from a neutral point of view, all i can say is do u go with the guy who's been selling on here for years with a great reputation, or the guy with almost no posts who wants a refund because he got the parts he asked for, while he holds the parts.

japan2la has been here FOR YEARS, and he's been top notch. he deals with more money than ur measly $500. if u want ur refund back, ship him back the parts. the rx7club.com forum finds facts and does its job well. i had a bad seller in gonzz once, and he was banned for talking ****, for selling me improperly packaged stuff, than covering up the whole escapade with bullshit, lies and stupid accusations.

everyone on the forum has had their problems. but i know for hell sure i won't give somone free stuff while selling him parts, than let him keep the parts while i refund him the money.

HE's BEEN DEALING WITH PARTS FOR YEARS. HE HAS THE CASH FLOW. so deal with it, send him his parts and he will GIVE U A FULL REfund. this stand up guy gave u free parts taht are worth money by itslef, and he's not asking for them back.

SO if UR NOT HAPPY, SEND UR PARTS BACK and HE WILL GIVE U A FULL REFUND.

geez u don't know when u get a deal do u dumbass?
u get freebies + a good deal + an ok deal. all this was 1 full deal.

instead u turn around, and say that ok deal was crap, and u want to keep the GOOD DEAL + tHe freebies, and u want to keep the parts while u get refunded?

these 2 people ur talking about happen to be very highly rated sellers, and have had great reviews over the years.

compared to u, with 100 crappy junk posts, and crying about a refund when u refuse to ship ur parts back first??
LMAO

Wow, he wants a refund for parts that will work. Lets see here.

1. he recieves parts (plus free parts)
2. he complains that his "no it all engine" builder cant use them
3. wants refund, agreed
4. doesnt want refund, wants his money first so he can keep the parts that he now knows he can use.
5. complains about you on here, at which no one in there right mind knows is true.
6. still thinks hes right on this.

mental issue might be a factor here as stated in previous posts....

All in all if he gets a refund, he gets free parts? Asuming he sends you the parts.
Why on earth would someone refund the money first??? This guy has a A+ (very rare) rating on this forum and has been here for years.... why on earth would he jepordize that.... its worth more that he doesnt so he can sell more parts in the furture....

simple, send parts back... get your money back.

unless you need "assistance" on doing that as well?

AS OF TODAY 10-20-07

I Have been waiting a total of 2 WEEKS for the rotor to be shipped back to me. This not an open ended return policy... I'll give it one more week... if the rotor is not back by next Saturday, I will be only refunding payment for the rotor housing..

This has been dragging on and on for too long...

bstorm's B.S. !!!

You are dealing with 2 of the most reputable and knowagable people on the forum. You want to question their knowage, and bash them! You made treats to the man. Then you want to damage reputations (it's not going to happen so get over it). If you want to talk about reputations on here, then send all the parts back( including the free ones) and get your money back. Because at the moment the only BAD rep I see is YOURS! You wanted your $ back, and he agreed. He didn't ask for the free parts back, but the right thing would be to send EVERYTHING back now, and quit whinning. Your right Kevin I've seen your post's stepped on. Why hasn't it been done here? Close this matter, get your $ back, and get over it. To everyone other than bstorm, I want to sorry for jumping in here. However if I had the rep and knowage these 2 men had I would not want anybody talking this B.S. about me! Hope I didn't affend anybody, but this needed to be done.

IF this joker hasn't sent the parts back by now, I vote that the thread gets shut down and Japan2la gets a positive mark for putting up with the bstorm.
