this seller (HRforsale) responded to me on the last day of the paypal claim despute before it would be resolved in my favor . it took him from July -03-07 to Aug-07-07 to contact me back and only with paypals help. he blaimed the problem on his brother who did not ship my items out and kepted the shipping money. anyway I received the items today (aug-11-07) so the deal is done. no hard feelings toward him but I would not purchase from him again.

Jeff, you should have hard feelings. It's kinda pathetic that he waited until the LAST possible day to contact you about this matter. Even if he's telling the truth in regards to his brother and the situation it's still NO EXCUSE to not respond. Seems like a bad seller to me

you are correct! I just don't want to start any wars on the forum. its a place I come to and try to learn about my car and to do things myself. this is the first time I had a problems with anybody regarding money.

But as stated above "I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON AGAIN" so yes in my case a BAD SELLER

I think you should start a new "bad seller" thread so people can be aware of this guy in the future. Not "starting a war" can cost other forum owners money...

EXACTLY! You would be perfectly in the right to do so and I highly doubt he or anyone else would give you a hard time. Besides, if he has the time to "start a war" he should've taken the 1-2 minutes out of his day to respond to you much much sooner.

Glad you got what you paid for though. Many others aren't so lucky. It also sucks to deal with the added stress of worrying about where your parts are or if you'll ever get them.

all your points valid. I guess I was lucky and got my parts. I will never buy from anyone who is not paypal approved. I will post a bad guy notice in hope of this type of thing stopping on the forum. when I sell things I always follow up and make sure things went well.
