does anyone know this guy??
elpepiniano- this is his ebay name. he sold me peripheral housings and they were not usable, so....i messaged him a few times them we agreed for me to send them back and he would refund. i tried to get refund through paypal but they would'nt let me esculate my claim!!!!!! he owes me $350 bucks!! if he posts on forum let me know. im posting this also to warn anyone DONT BUY FROM THIS JERK!!!!!!!!!!

...a while ago i had an issue with a forum member who took my payment and didn't send me the part i paid for ... Paypal didn't do much to escalate my claim either... the dude just withdrew my payment from his Paypal account, and paypal said they couldn't recover the funds...

same in my situation. another thing thats crazy is this message i got from him after about 8 attempts to get a hold of him.
HI MY HUSBAND WENT BACK TO THE HOSPITAL AFTER HIS ACCIDENT, BUT HE ALREADY TRANSFER THE MONEY TO PAYPAL AND I WILL SEND THEM AS SOON THE ARE AVALIABLE PROBABLY BY THIS FRIDAY.THANK YOU SANDRA
after this i never received another message. if i knew where he was, i would go find him. because of this i am struggling to finish my car.
