Quite a mess. This is part of the trouble of online transactions. You have to take the good with the bad. I can understand both views and I really hope to see this resolved very soon.

im sorry but shawn needs to get his *** on the ball! seriously.

shawn--this man gave you $1000 MONTHS ago and he has NOTHING to show for it. i understand that you are having issues with the shipping services, but you need to do this man justice. he either needs a full refund as soon as youre able to do so, or you need to give him a partial to hold him over ASAP. this is rediculous. you should have given the man something a long time ago. this is starting to look too shady to me.

i dont mean to sound like im jumping on you but this is freaking outrageous. put yourself in rrrx7's shoes. as of now its like he just gave you $1000 for nothing. he needs some kind of retribution. its your responsibility to see that the wheels get to him safely. they havent done so. so now its your job to refund him and await the shipping services refund.

Hey guys,

Here is an update...I just sent Con this message a few minutes ago...I will go public with this just to hold true to my word...

-----------------
Hey Con,

I will make a promise to you...By December 31st...Regardless if I get the check from UPS or not..You will either have $1000 + 3% paypal back to you...Or you will have a set of Eneki 3-piece 19"s on your door step...You have my word!!!

I will put this in the thread as well...

Thanks,
Shawn
-----------------

If I dont get this done...Consider me a dead beat scammer..And noone ever do business with me again I will keep everyone updated...

Thanks,
Shawn

chunky you sound like a stand up guy. now just stand by your word. it is a good idea to keep everything public throughout this ordeal.

Thanks

I learned this one in law school..Everyone has the right to remain silent...But just because you have the right to do so, doesnt mean it is the right thing to do...

^^^ In other words, I dont mind keeping everyone updated...

Thanks again,
Shawn

Con, I understand you being shakey through this...but damn, you are a ********. I'll never sell to you because of it.

Shawn, nice job getting everything done so quickly and for keeping your composure through this slandering.

hey now, like I said, I can understand being shakey, but this guy did everything he could to satisfy you. short of sucking your ****, he gave you awesome service. You need to learn to be more understanding about things that are beyond the sellers control. Yes, I've been ripped off here. Was it that the seller was a scammer? maybe. Maybe my check really was "lost in the mail". I'll never know. What I do know is that he didn't make so much as the slightest effort for me that Shawn made for you. you need to be more appreciative of what others do that they don't have to do.

You're what's known as naive then. Without people like you internet scamming wouldn't exist. Of course you shouldn't trust anyone on the internet without an established reputation or some form of recourse to get your payment back, such as a credit card chargeback, paypal is worthless. Sending relatively unknown people unsecured money to buy things here is stupidity. Sure 8 out 10 times the person is honest and things go fine, but...

Bad attitude or not mate it is seriously the last thing i care.
I really hope that something similar wont happen to you INTERNATIONALLY.
only then you ll feel how i felt.Nothing will be available for you to be helpled just exactly as it happened to me.
and btw what did shawn do apart from sending the rims 4 months later?
that he provided me fake information?
and what makes me such a bad person?that i asked for the real info??
wow im such a bad person.

and Kevin T. Wyum,
i dont know what would you call naive. but i think if i was naive i would have said "oh nevermind its going to be fine".
All i was getting from the forum that Shawn is alright
and paypal verified.
I did so many transactions, sales and purchases over the internet
and especially on my sales i never let my "customer" down

By the way
I only came back to Thank everyone whoever supported me on this thread but whoever answered seems that they didnt even take part when the problem was on.
And i appreciate the people that took part because this thread was my only hope.
and to be completely honest, i dont think that shawn sent the rims the first time
but it doesnt really matter...i have the rims 4 months later...
if i type some things that might sound bad or rude excuse my language but english is not my first language, i never meant to be rude or something like it
anyway
i would appreciate it if a moderator closed this thread because the problem has been solved
and i dont want to hear any other comments from people that dont know what happened

Thanks

Con

This situation is solved...

Hey guys,

I think Con did what about 90% of us would do...It was alot of money to just **** down the drain...I did send the rims the first time through MBE/UPS...But I had never shipped rims internationally....I filled out the forms incorrectly...Thats my fault...So none of this would have been a problem if I would have payed a little more attention to the form...

But I got the rims back and shipped them through USPS...Which I might add is great on international shipments...So everyone is happy...Thanks for all the support everyone...And con...Please take care of those rims for me!!!

Thanks,
Shawn
