I bought a Weber 48DCOE from someone that is on this forum and lives about 30mins from me. I gave him cash and paid about $400 I believe. About a month later (because of my car accident I had to wait) I got a new GSL and was putting the carb on at which point my mechanic (robert from rotaryshack) discovered the jetts were missing. I sent him a PM tonight so hopefully we can figure this out.. kinda sucks.

 

I dont feel bad anymore for beating me to it.

Why did you post this before you got a hold of the member? The way it works is, First you contact the seller and give them an opportunity to resolve the situation. If that does not work then you post the thread here. :-)

 

I'm not trying to flame on him or give him a bed rep, just more like asking what I should do about the matter if he denies the jetts not being there or doesn't wanna come to common grounds.

 

Moving to questions about member section. If he does not address the situation then it belongs in the BG forum.
