I woke up from a drunken slumber last Friday night to find out that the back-right "shock" on my pair of Nike Shox was real fucked up. A part of it fell off, I have no idea how, but I can hardly walk in those things without a slight implication. I want to try and exchange the pair of shoes for a new pair.

I remember someone telling me about their experience with calling 1800-egg-nike, and that it was a great experience. He said that all he had to do was send in his defective pair, and they sent him the newest pair of running shoes (or whatever style it was that he sent back) at no extra charge.

Does anyone have experiences like his? Have you guys even heard of this happening?

Either way, I'm going to give it a shot, I've got nothing to lose at this point.
