yes i did a search... base map???

OK i need your help.

i really want a PFC but don't have anywhere to tune it and don't know how. My best bet is to have XS tune it for me.

My mods so far intake, DP and CB. I really want to put a MP so i need a ecu. While i am in there, i would like a PFC right now instead of buying a pettit. The problem is i don't think i will be able to afford the IC soon.

Is the base map of the PFC good for intake, dp, MP and CB?

then when i get an intercooler, i send it to have it tuned.

Does that makes sence? I don't plan on raising the boost.

thanks a lot

i'm running base map now. i have downpipe, midpipe, cb, med intercooler, intake, and pulleys. i am running a little on the lean side. i had this set up for about 6 month with problem. then again, i'm waiting for 1300cc injectors and a fuel pump.

You should be fine with the Base map. Just watch your O2 reading. Regarding the tuning for an intercooler, it would seem to me that an upgrade wouldn't allow more air to flow, but just that the air would be cooler. So I don't know how much tuning would actually be required. I seem to remember a brief discussion about this a month or so ago.

like others said you will be fine. but you cuold raise boost to 12 lbs with stock i/c. I did it and it ran great. and I am in georgia where it is as hot as the pits of hell. so in trois rivieres you shouldn't have problem.
