won't idle, wants to die below 1500

Alright I have been having issues with a new map I got from a local rx7guy that I would like to use as the starting point for my new setup. It starts and runs great as long as the revs stay above 1500, below that it bogs and dies really fast, it takes a stab of the throttle to save it. It isn't consistently 1500 it will start to bog in the 1500-1000 range though.

Setup:
stock port
EFR 8374 IWG
stock 550's and older 1680's (wired in with resistors)
Power FC, Commander, and Dattalogit

A couple weeks when I first got the car running on this setup this issue existed when cold and wasn't as bad when warm. setting the idle speeds on the datalogit to all around 1500 made it idle around 1000. I then went away for work for two weeks.

Now that I'm back I started by resetting all the idle screws and the throttle. thermowax is deleted, throttle cable was way to tight, and the air adjusting screw was only a half turn out. I had this same issue when warming up as you can see in the videos below, this time I wasn't able to fix it while warm by adjusting the idle rpm settings.

Resetting the map to the power FC solved the issue. It still didn't idle because the throttlebody settings haven't been tweaked right yet, but the rpms could be held steady below 1500 rather than bogging and dieing.

Here are some videos from cold and warm. I would use my foot to stabilize rpms up higher than slowly let off until it bogged, then i would stab the throttle to save it, on the default map I could let my foot out slowly and it would smoothly drop all the way to zero rather than bog and die.

So my question is what settings could be causing it to bog like this?

as I said the issue went away when I switched over to the default map so I'm now comparing my map and settings to the default map.

settings 1
Rev limit shouldn't matter
The F/C settings shouldn't matter
The idle settings should matter but I tried playing with those and it didn't help
seq control or O2 feedback won't matter
boost control won't matter
injector warning obviously won't

settings 2
water temp correction shouldn't matter since i was fully warmed up and still having issues
cranking only effects fuel when cranking so that can't be it.

Settings 3
Fan, obviously not the problem
inj adjust shouldn't affect it as they are the same at the problem rpm

Settings 4
IGN vs WaterT cool, shouldn't be causing any issues i'm not in this temp range

Settings 5
yes the injectors are different but the secondaries aren't online at these rpm so not an issue

Base map and Map Watch
there are some differences in the base maps I'm guessing this might be causing the issues unless its some other weird issue as some of the changed cells are in my idle region according to my map watch. I'm going to match my tunes cells to the base maps cells in the idle region to see if that fixes the issue. I will report back.

Ignition maps are identical in the idle region

dammit, just realized the default map uses the correction map quite alot, that will make it alot harder to copy over.

edit: the Base map for my tune is equal to the base map for the default map with the correction taken into account(in the idle area) so this isn't my issue

I cranked in the idle screw until it idled properly, it was hunting so I added a bit of fuel in those cells and it smoothed right out.

I have a feeling my cold idle will suck I might come back with more questions if I cant figure it out.
