Power FC wires to cut diagram?

wires to cut diagram?
Guys, I know this has been discussed, but when I read through the archives of this section, I find too many conflicting statements and no clear answer. Does anyone have the correct diagram for cutting the wires when you get a new FC? I cannot find a definative explaination. I don't want to clip the wrong wires. What did you guys do to assure you did this right? Thanx

You could remove the pins instead of cutting the wires. That way it's more easily reversable...
