will it blow?
I'm waiting to get my fd tuned, and would like to redline or floor it once in a while to help keep things clean/working good. I haven't felt the 2nd turbo kick in in so long. Next tuning session is aways off though. So I'm wondering if I'll be in danger of blowing the motor with the following mods(all reliability issues sorted out).
rebuilt streetported motor
pfc w/ base mods map(untuned)
stock injectors(cleaned and balanced)
stock fuel pump
full 3in exhaust(no cats)
stock sequential turbos(ported wastegate)
k&n filters/intake + smic with all associated hardpipes
I've ran before w/o the newer ic and ported motor fine(motor was already old though), but I'm not sure how much trouble I may get in running it hard w/o tuning on a ported motor. I know best thing to do is park it and drive the beater, but fall is so nice to drive in.
