What version of the Techedge?

If it's a recent version, just take the 0-5v output line and connect it into the AN1 connector at the Datalogit. Fire up the datalogit software and (if I remember correctly) from the Setup menu, you need to input the formula to convert the 0-5v signal to AFRs. It should be something like AFR=2x+9. (The older versions needed to use a polynomial as they wern't linear.) Be sure to name it something like Wideband.

After that, add a watch, choose the Wideband source and make sure you pick 2 decimal places. Start logging and there you go.
