When I blip the throttle in N it stutters, what do I have to adjust?

Hey guys, being the ignorant engine tuner that I am I wanted to consult before messing with anything. I've been running the PFC on the base map for a several months now(Dave fix that damn dyno please and have noticed that when I blip the throttle in neutral, it falls on its face, then recovers and responds okay. I notice the same thing under abrupt throttle increases(especially under light load). Does anyone know what I have to adjust? Also while I'm at it, when I start the car it jerks very hard, but catches right away. Could there be a connection between these two things?-ignition perhaps? My mods are listed below. I realize I need to get it dyno tuned to properly dial it in, but would like to do what I can in the mean time.

Thanks for the help

My Ray tuned PFC has changes made to more than fuel and ignition maps. Plus I have made changes to improve my engine responce. I will give Commander instruction page number and changes.

P29 acceleration enrichment: reduce 1000rpm 2.0 ms delay time to improve initial throttle reponce. Mine is at 1.0ms.

P31 water temp correction: Ray changed 50C to 1.14 and 1.10.
I changed 50C to 1.25 and 1.15, and 30C to 1.40 and 1.30.

P32 cranking fuel: Ray set: 80C to 12, 50C to 17.3, 30C to 32,
10C to 59, -10C to 87.2 and -30C to 104.2.

P33 rpm setting: set what works best for your car.
