whats wrong with my FC apexi

right guys ill start by giving you a little history,,, Got car from japan 3 years ago and i rebuilt the engine replaced lots of parts with new bits ect ect well looked after (pulls 17.5 in/hg,, good engine)
ive modded it all this year:- cat back/ downpipe/ efinie y pipe/ blitz airfilters/ massive M2 intercooler/ greddy elbow/ dumpvalve.

Now i purchased a new apexi FC 8 months ago installed it,noticed i was getting knock readings of upto 200 (even stood on the spot and blipping the throttle gave me 130// ok maybe shafted knock sensor maybe?).. Also when i hit full boost on full throttle i can hear like a metal twanging/ pinging noise (ahhh maybe real knock/ carefull now dont want knackered engine/ replace standard ECU car runs fine and great no knock or anything wrong).

So i send my apexi to pip at WGT tunning he checks it out all is fine and puts me a better map in to suit my mods. got it back a few days exactly same symptoms, im that pissed off with it im tempted to **** the apexi FC over a bush. (ive checked all the sensors on the check screen all is fine and standard ECU threw up no diagnostic codes). im at a loss??? any input at all anything...

Have you compared your older map with the one that came with the newer PFC and with the one pip at WGT tunning gave you?

I think maybe the next step is to take it to a tuner and get it set up on the rolling road..
