Power FC weird hesitation??

weird hesitation??
Sometimes I get this slight wierd hesitation while, on boost at wide open throttle. It almost seams like a gentle fuel cut, but now I'm thinking it may be ingition related. It seams to do it mostly whenm i run 14 psi. Any ideas?
