Water Temp correct problem??

Hi Guys,

Recently got my FC3S back on the road, with a new bigger turbo and now running premix, took the car to the tuners to get a decent map done so i could run the motor in (AP Engineering PFC). When taking the car for a drive the temps start to climb after 10 minutes but wont when idling in the drive way and will sit at 85C. Do you think it might be running lean, in a previous thread buy Greengoblin his ilde went up as the car got hotter which mine is also doing but someone mentioned the 3 fan setting, i know FC's dont have electric fans stock but would a setting in the PFC make a difference in my case? im kind stumped to why its getting hot when i havent changed my cooling system in anyway to my previous setup which the car use to sit happily at 84C while driving all day every day. Any help would be awesome.

Thanks

between 80C and 95 C, there is no water temp correction for the fuel. And the thermostat doesn't fully open until 95 C. If you are between 82 and 95 C you're fine. There's nothing wrong with your engine as long as the temps are consistently in that range and you don't have any leaks or other problems.
