Just picked up an FD with the Power FC and Datalogit. What I'm wondering is can I safely run the vehicle with the Datalogit unhooked as it is taking up my entire glovebox? My understanding is that it is solely used for tuning and does not hold any key values in the unit itself. Is this correct? Thanks for the help.

 

you can unhook it, you only really need it for tuning unless u have it hooked up to a wideband or something

 

just unplug it. I have a quick disconnect harness I built for mine so that I can connect to the wideband and EGT sensors when I do plug in the Datalogit
