Tuning a PFC

I'm looking to get my PFC tuned by a Certified Power Excel Dealer in town. My first time. What should I expect and look out for?

Has anyone ever left a shop with a freshly tuned PFC and then see the engine blow up?

Thanks

Yes. Various people have. Some haven't made it out of the shop and blew up on the dyno.

Who is the dealer? Why don't you check the regional forums for a Rotary specialist somewhere near you and find someone that has tuned an RX7 reliably. Tuning a rotary isn't like tuning a piston engine. It is better to travel to a trusted tuner than to risk a crappy map that can blow your engine.

See if Arthur at DynoLab in Marietta can hook you up with Ed Senf. He did a nice job on mine. DynoLab's # is 678-560-0692
