Timing maps

Do these maps seem reasonable?
I've tried to set them up based on Chuck's notes and based on tips I've seen on here. Just thought I'd ask for the thumbs-up (or down) prior to uploading them to the PFC

My mods are pretty limited - intake, dp, and catback

I'm hoping to set the timing (to the above, if possible), do some logging runs to ensure that there isn't excess knock, and forget about them for a while. Then I can focus on AFRs with my WB.

The cells where you idle would be seems as though you would be between 2 cells with different numbers. p4&5, n2&3. I've found the idle is much more solid if you make those cells all the same.

I also have all my emissions removed including the 2nd set of buttflies in my intake. I have never tuned the idle for a stock setup, you may be running off of different idle cells then me.

Otherwise, let her buck see how the car likes it. These timing things so touchy with what mods and other veryables, basically what I had been informed is start from stock and tinker from there. Good luck!

Thanks for the input
I'll keep that in mind if the idle is a bit rocky
For what it's worth, that part of the leading map is what came stock in the PFC

For safety I recommend you start with 12 or 15 split (15 especially on ported or higher horsepower setups) once you get past say the P14 row. Then take it to a dyno and try seeing how much power you get from reducing split.

Thanks
So you think I should leave the leading map intact and change the trailing map to suit?

yeah that should be fine for now. you can play around with it more on a dyno.

Just change it in the Spilt map and it will auto change the Trailing map.
