Timimg procedure

does anyone know what the timming should read on the pfc at idle?

trailing and leading?

i think my motor is out of time because theres a funny skip in my idle....all vac leaks where found and fixed i got new plugs and wires.. new fuel filter... the car idle awsome for 2 years now it has a skip in it...

i did an copression check with a piston compression tester and both housings have 92psi... wich i think is okay from what i read in the sticky...

i could not find the process for checking the time either..

thanks

It should read whatever makes it idle best. Play around with it, you're not going to hurt it at idle by screwing around with the timing.

Unless you go with a manual idle the idle timing can't be adjusted. There is a hidden table for timing and fuel.
