techniqalities with new exhaust

i know i'm a bad speller, but let me go on... i jsut installed a 3" exhaust and the muffler is running kind of high "pretty much touching the bumper) how should i go abut lowering it?

-1990 s5 turbo II

would anybody have an fc commander for a apexi ecu? that lives in wa... i ordered mine but, it's been 4 weeks and still hasen't come..... and it's a bitch driving an untuned car. not to mention probably puts wear and tear on the car. sould i even be driving it around? thanks a bunch!

Don't both with a commander, it really is not any good for tuning, it is more of a display. Just buy a Datalogit and you will be able to tune every aspect of the PFC instead of the bare basics that the commander allows. It is cheaper too.

The Commander is great for:
(1) idle and cold start tuning.
(2) monitoring knock levels after filling up the tank to verify that the fuel is good.
(3) monitoring air temp values so you do not full boost the engine if it badly heat soaked the sensor.

But to truely fully tune, you need the DL.

Thats what i meant, i got the datalog coming in the mail. i just got a apexi ecu that barely lets me go over 5k rpm. so while i was waiting i was wondering if some one had a tuner of some sort to temporarely help me out.
