The PFC is only for two rotor engines as it was developed to replace only the FD stock ecu.

i know, the fd had 3 ignition signals t1, t2, and the leadings. i only need the 3 signals just in a different order (i am actually using 3 fd leading coils) after all they use the pfc on hondas too, and if it is adjustable its already mapped for my motor and it will use the stock sensors etc. it doesn't hurt to ask right??

Doesn't hurt to ask but the answer is the same. There is root level programming in the PowerFC for ignition that has yet to be hacked. It might turn out to be hardcoded in the hardware so don't cross your fingers.
