Strange injector & Boost problems

Hey guys I am having some really strange problems with the car.

Firstly injectors......

My injectors are getting up to 90% WOT and when shifting to 2nd its maxing them out to 100% was doing this last time as well. Any ideas ????

Also my primary turbo boost curve is pretty normal though it won't do above 0.8 bar when it changes to the secondary it drops back to about 0.7 bar and just goes up and down between 0.5-0.7 bar. and injector duty goes through the roof this is at about 7600 rpm.

All this is with the boost set at 1.0bar.

Truby send the guys the data-logging if possible.

Any ideas would be great

My mods are as follows:

13B-REW - Stage 2 extended port
4" catback Apexi N1 system
Cat removed (Resonator)
HKS Filters (Heaters)
Power FC (Glens Map)
Stock Turbos (Suspect)

You do not mention what boost you are running.
Since you do not list any injectors sizes, we have to assume that you are running stock 550s and 850s.

No good for even 14PSI boost with stock porting.
You list some type of type two extended porting.
That is most likely your reason for maxing them out.
You need at minimum 550s and 1200s even with stock seq turbos.

As for your boost problem, I do not work on seq turbos now or for the last 3 years. Non-seq or single is the only way to fly.

PFC is set @ 1.0bar

Correct injectors are stock.

Porting - You Us fellas call them street ports or something. Basically enlarged all the ports.

You can make up to 1.2 bar off your factory setup.

Something is wrong but I can't find it ????

You might get the injector duty cycle down if you AFR tune to mid 11s. But no matter what you do, your secondaries are way too small. Get some punched out to 1200 or 1300.

You also need to get a bigger fuel pump. I am running all of this good stuf and mine runs high 70s cyclic rate at 14PSI with stock porting and AFRs arounf 11.5.
