Power FC strange idle when fans go on high speed mode

strange idle when fans go on high speed mode
If my temps go to when the high speed fans need to come on, the idle jumps from 1.5k to 2.5k and back until it drops down. But the FAN still doesn't go on high mode!!
Any possible solutions to this problem?
