Slight hesitation when stepping on gas

So I installed the PFC with base map a few weeks ago. Ever since I did that and went thru the learn process, When I initially step on the gas there is a slight hesitation and very minor RPM drop before the gas wants to kick in. Does anyone know what this problem might be? Can it be a tuning issue? Is it something else?
Mods are mild street port, 3mm seals, hks bov, dp, high flow cat, jic ti cat back. Thanks guys.

Justin

Read the manual about the acceleration map where you can tune out this problem with the commander. Either decrease the right column or increase the left column for the affected area.

My PFC did not come with the manual since it was a preowned unit. Is this information something I can find online somewhere? Thanks for your response by the way cewrx7r1. It's really appreciated and helpful.

A search on the manual in this forum will show where to find it.
