Secondary Inj.
chuck stated earlier that after putting in 1200cc inj he did not change any lag times only sec inj volume, i installed 1300's a few days ago and i notice you would also need to change the pulse value, i find 1300 inj pulse corr to be a 65% and the 1200 to be a 70%, and as far as getting the lag times I dont understand it but I was told by Jason the lag time corr for 1300's would be +0.16 and to change the stock pr lag time to -0.12, could somebody help me here? please...
Thank you
Thank you

Sorry, Jason stated that the the sec lag times would be changed to +0.16 andd sec -0.12, but he also stated that the pulse time would be 100% for pr and sc? I show in the instruction man. that when moving to larger inj the pulse corr value would need to go down and using that equation I came up with 65% for 1300s

Injector Pulse Correction Values are for your primary injectors only. Pay attention to what is Primary and Secondary and keep Front and Rear Rotors separate.
After reading all I could on the subject and talk to RC, when I installed my 1300s, I ran .20 on the lag time correction on the secondaries and changed the injector volume to 1300.
There is a lot of contraversy about lag time though. RC says their injector driver gives them a lag time of .43 on the 1300 injectors, but after talking to various tuners, they recommend that RX-7 owners (specific to injector drivers from the Power FC) run .20-.25. I asked what the difference was between the two lag times and was given an answer VERY discomforting. .01 and .02 lag time has a difference of 1% fuel... So from the .16 that Jason is telling you to RC's recommendation of .25, there is 9% fuel difference... This is taken strictly from what I was told by RC Engineering.
What to do about it? Pick a lag time you are most comfortable with (bigger the number, richer it will be initially). Leave that lag time the same from here on out and get to a wideband to retune your car. You cannot simply drop in the injectors, plug in some numbers and hope to be running the same AFRs according to this information... I plan on taking the safe route and retuning or at least double checking to see if everything's still okay.

PS- Someone please correct this if the information I was given is incorrect.
