Power FC running twins w/single maps?

running twins w/single maps?
I had my PFC dyno tuned at XS with the T04E kit installed. Now I have gone back to Pettit ported twins. Since the base maps have been altered I cannot just simply initialize and go back to stock maps. I am wondering if the single turbo maps would be ok with my new set up. I would think if anything it would be richer now since there is more restiction in the exhaust.
Any ideas on this subject?
