running lean with mod map
I just thought maybe someone could give me some ideas on my problem.
I am using the base mod map and you would think it would run nice and rich with my current mods: intake, DP, CB, and gutted cat.
However, I'm running uncomfortably lean according to my Halmeter A/F ratio meter. The ratio seems OK while boosting, so I'm not at a high risk of blowing my new motor. But the thing I don't like is that I run extra hot because of the lean mixture.
So can anyone give me some ideas of what would fix this. I have an SX fpr that I can raise the fuel pressure with. I'm running 28-30psi at idle. Any help would be greatly appriciated.
