ive purchased a used power fc nad got it runningtoday no problem idle is a little strange though when cold,it starts and idles at 1800rpm with timing at 45degrees! when it gets to 57degc it drops down to the target idle and proper timing.
is the unit trying to idle the old engine or will it automatically learn its self to this new engine? we ran it for the 10 mins and then 10 mins with heater on and had a great idle but from a new cold start it does the same crazy high idle and timing.this is on a celica btw,just need to know if i have to tell the power fc to learn a new engine??
