Question on the Fuel Map
What exactly does the values mean. I know 1.000=14.57, but what does it mean. For example if you input 1.214 (=12.00), does it mean the ecu will achieve 12.00 AF
OR
if you have a wide band it at reads 12.0 at a particular cell i should change the cell to 1.214. Please help.

No direct correlation between fuel cell and determening AFR unless you know the AFR for that cell for you car's mod level.
What is true and consistant is:
If a fuel cell has a value of X, then the correlation is:
(X/100) * (fuel base map) = fuel delivery for that cell.
If you change a cell of 100 to 110, that will increase the base fuel cell value by +10%.
