Question about fuel maps for single turbos

Hi i am running a FD with a greddy T-78 kit and everything else. High flow fuel pump, MP, DP, catback, FMIC, etc.

I also have a PFC and was wondering how different a map would be for my setup than the one posted by Jason for the single turbo settup with a T04s. Can i start out with this map and then do a little tuning or is that not safe.

Thanks for any info.

I don't think the XS single turbo map is safe to run with your mods and here is why:

XS Engineering tunes the Basic Fuel Injection Map... the map you can tune and view with the Commander is the Fuel Correction Map. The map that is posted here is the Fuel Correction Map.

It is VERY likely that the XS Fuel Correction Map is only the "tweaks" on top of pretty significant changes to the Base Fuel Map.

If you try to run this, your car will explode in my opinion. Just my theory!

So, Leave the Correction maps alone if you have XS tune the base injection maps your to your mods and only adjust the tweaks were needed.

If you have a non pre-tuned PFC, would you then adjust the Correction maps with the published maps?

If the map is from an XS tuned computer you should not use it on a your PFC period.. It will blow your engine... I'm pretty sure that XS rewrites the base map and then uses the correction maps to fine tune...

So if you run a XS tuned correction Map on a stock PFC w/o the base map that goes with it you will be without your car untill you come up with $ for a new engine...

The xs map has a very lean fuel map due to XS's reprogramming of the "base" fuel map.
The timing values are ok. If I was dumb enough to experiment with it, I would run a much richer fuel map and a little less timing and go from there.
