Power FC Question about duty cycle in boost setting

Question about duty cycle in boost setting
On the boost setting menu, do the wastegate cycle numbers actually change as the Power FC supposedly learns and adjusts for the ideal number? I'm always fiddling with the cycle numbers and never can leave the unit alone long enough to see any changes.
