PowerFC with mods??

Hey everyone, I ordered a power FC and its going to come with the base map.

my power mods are intake downpipe catback efini-ypipe. Will the base map be okay with these mods? Should I lower the boost to say 11 instead of the 12 its tuned for? I also will be running 93 octane, as its tuned for 92 so that helps too.

Also, What do I have to do to the power FC to eliminate the air pump in the future? how is it setup? Will intake downpipe catback y-pipe and the greddy water pump and alternator pully be okay?

I posted this here cuz I wasnt getting much action in the ecu section.

Thanks!

Steve

Your post is kinda confusing because you say the ecu you're buying has the base map, but you allude to it being "tuned." I assume it's used, or is the shop tuning it before they ship it? If it's used, I'd reset it before lettin her rip.

The base map will be fine with your mods. You'll eventually want to get it tuned or gain the knowledge/buy the hardware to tune it yourself.

I don't know about the air pump.

Sorry, I didnt read what I typed

I bought the power FC new, so its coming equipped with the base map. I was just wondering if the base map at 12psi would be okay with intake downpipe catback ypipe and pullies.
