you have a couple Power FC options, but there is basically no point on that car. Get the Rtek 2.1, it's way cheaper and lets you control your auxiliary ports and VDI system. The Power FC can't do that. yeah it can remove the AFM but the AFM is not restrictive on an n/a car at all. I say that as a former owner of an 88 GTU which made 172rwhp, a paltry sum really but still considered very high for a series 4 nonturbo

I'm thinking of doing an N/A to Turbo and trying to explore the best options. So far I have heard everyone say the PowerFC is the way to go for pretty extensive builds. I'm kinda looking for something good that I won't need to upgrade later on down the road.

Yes you can install the PFC on the S5 N/A, we have even created an all vacuum map for this application. We have not sat down a figured out how to control the port actuators and VDI, but it could be done by reconfiguring a couple of the FD solenoid outputs for these. So far everyone that has installed the PFC on the N/A had already removed the air pump and wired open the actuators, so there has been no need to figure out how to do it.
