Power FC Safe Boost

Got and installed my power fc.
My question is: What is a safe amount of boost to run with the base map?
I have been driving around with the Power FC and my boost has peaked at 0.80bar.

My knocking level has only reached 14.

Also is the boost reading from the Power FC accurate?

My engine mods are as follows:

Apexi Power FC - Base map
Street port
3mm seals
apexi dual air filters
3" downpipe
3" highflow cat
RB dual catback exhaust

Thanks.

First, go buy a boost gauge that you know is accurate. The readings on the Power FC can be questionable. That being said, I wouldn't go over 12 psi running that map and mods.

Like VegasFD said, keep the boost down, on base map on a late pfc and running no cats i was getting up to 12AFR's on 12psi and thats not good, if you wanna run safe till you get a tune keep it at 10psi and like stated previously no more than 12psi.

Oh and to reitterate Get A Boost Gauge.

What you need to be watching is your injector duty cycle.

IIRC, you guys down under have higher octane fuel than we do in the US, so you are probably safe with the streetport....I wouldn't run more than 11 psi or so. The PFC Commander reads low on boost. Get her tuned!
