power fc not reading air temp

my power fc is not reading any air intake temps (there is just 3 dashes where the numbers should be). could there be a sensor unpluged? or what could cause this?

thanks

yup, 3 dashes = sensor not sending a signal.

if you look in your sensors section under ETC on the power fc, it will probably be black and have 4.98v reading.

The sensor goes just under the UIM I believe, connects to the bottom of the UIM. Should be an easy fix, let us know how it goes.

if the sensors bad itll give you that as well. . . before mine went TOTALLY bad it read incorrectly and was very intermittent. . . reading negatives under cruise and whatnot. . . very weird. if it was plugged in, just replace it and youll be a happy camper. . .
