Power FC, make car run leaner?

Hey Guys!

I wonder if there is a guide how to adjust the fuel using the power FC? The car is not running lean and doesnt burn the fuel correctly (according to a mechanic)

Still need help is there any way to make the car run leaner with the commander? I dont have the money to map the car as it is right now

Its a 1999 RX7 street ported. Everything else is stock.

If the primary injectors and base fuel pressure are stock, the commander can change fuel.
In the manual: pages - 22, 24 31.
