power fc issue

so i installed my power fc yesterday and has it learn the idle but something was wrong it wouldnt rev over 2500 rpm, so i put in the stock ecu and it revved fine and boosted fine. so i put the power fc back in and everything seems fine i resetted it again and put my map on and went to relearn idle and the same thing happened. so i resetted the fc again and previously failed to adjust the bleed screw so i did as dale says in his FAQ. so it learns it and sounds awesome. i turned the car off and came back to it today and go to turn it over and the commander powers up and i can navagate the menu's but when i go to turn over the car it doesnt start, ontop of this while it doesnt start the commander screen resets and says apexi flickering. it never did this before but as soon as i stop trying to start the car the commander fully turns on and displays everything as usual. anyone had this problem or know how to fix it. i have tried boosting it and all that good stuff.

if anyone can help that would be much appreciated

So, are you saying that a ground wire needs to be attached to the PFC and body ground ?

No not between the PFC and body ground. Not in my case anyway. It was a bad engine ground that was not allowing the starter enough voltage
