VA Power FC help

SO before I get blasted, here is the setting. I bought a PowerFc and commander from a forum member, I've initialized the ecu and have attempted the idle learn process several times. I've checked to all my hoses and lines for air/liquid leakage. All my connections are satisfactory. My engine is boosting the normal 10-8-10 pattern. My modifications include cat-back, highflow cat, downpipe, intake, intercooler, efini y pipe. So here is the problem, while attempting the idle learn process it does hunt slightly but it evens out at 1900-2000 and then occasionally drops to 1600 only to go back up to 1900-2000 and I can't understand why. I haven't cut the wires yet on the connectors to the ecu because my FD is JDM and I wanted the ask on here before I cut those wires. And I did the idle adjust screw under the elbow process as well. Sorry this is all jumbled up but if you guys can make sense of it and provide some insight I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

I'm searching though the FAQ and I can't seem to find where I'm going wrong.

Don't cut those wires if your car is JDM

Is your O2 sensor enabled or disabled?

The Air Adjusting Screw (AAS) is used to make fine idle adjustments.
The Throttle Adjusting Screw (TAS) is used to make large idle adjustments.

The engine idle speed will normally increase some with the PFC, and even more with a modified exhaust system. The common sense thing to try next would be to reduce idle air flow with the TAS a lot to see what happens.

To learn one must experiment!

Verify ZERO vacuum leaks. Try turning off O2 feedback if it's not already off. Also try adjusting the idle speeds and F/C speeds in the Commander as well.
