Power FC help!

Sorry with all the writing is just that here in Puerto Rico
Cant find a good power FC tuner!! I took my FD to the closest tuner cause he had the software not the datalogic.
He did put the fd run better but the engine broke during a
Dyno run.

Now I just rebuild the engine better with all internals
brand new with super seals!! Street ported,
Dowell pin, water jacket,Brand new GT35r turbo etc..
The car is running with same map before engine broke!
Its start perfect good idle,but smoke too much same way
With the old engine and old turbo!! I noticed if i lower the
water correction in the 80c from 140 to 100 smoking stops
But idle sucks!! Air ratio at idle is 10.2 to 10.9 super rich!!
Im running 850/cc and 1680/cc injectors with hks twin pack
With all 4 spark #9 with rotary works 90mm throttle body,
Racing beat dual tip exhaust, fans turn on at 80c with koyo
Radiator,apexi el meter gauges with computer! Boost,fuel pressure and EGT!! AEM wideband! Hope someone can help!!

850cc primaries are the worst for idle control. Have to reduce lag to lean them out and then it acts like smaller injectors. If not going over 18PSI boost, go back to 550 primaries. But are your injectors set up correctly on the PFC? Is O2 FB turned off?


A large single plate TB like yours is only good for a race engine, not a street car.

Thanks for the tips cewrx7!!

cewrx7 let make this clear!
My idle is perfect! The car start great when cold or hot
And runs great! Just I would like to lean the FD a bit
To see if its smokes less!! ohh and the throttle response with
My rotary works 90mm throttle is amazing no problem there also!!

And yes inyectors are correct in the PFC and 02 is turn off as well!

The PFC will only lean out idle so much then it does not do anymore as it has a built in minimum injector pulse value. This can bee seen with a O2WB where at a certain injector value the AFR does not change even if the fuel values are reduced more.

What I said about 850s and 550s is still 100% true.
