I have a problem with my power fc. All the sensors are reading 4.99 or 4.98. I have it grounded properly. Ecu and added another ground to the negative battery terminal and still no luck.

What else could cause this?
Car barely runs and running very rich due to the map being at its max.

Make sure your wire harness is plugged in all the way. I did this one time with mine and all of my sensors showed up like that.
